Steve joined the former Lorne Foreshore Committee of Management in 1999 before it amalgamated to become the Great Ocean Road Coast Committee in 2004.  He has a Bachelor of Business Degree with over 30 years of financial management in both the private and public sectors and is a member of CPA Australia.
