JOINT TENDER - Surf Coast Shire Council and Great Ocean Road Coast Committee Inc.

The Great Ocean Road Coast Committee and the Surf Coast Shire Council, together invite tenders from suitably qualified waste services contractors to provide public and caravan park bin emptying and street cleaning services over a 3 year period.

Services are to be provided across two nominated zones within the Shire.

Contractors can apply for either or both zones.

The intention of the tender is to appoint the same contractor(s) to meet the service requirements of both Great Ocean Road Coast and Council. Whilst tenders are to be sought on the basis of aggregation, the successful contractor(s) will be required to enter into separate contracts with Council and Great Ocean Road Coast.

Details of the project and the scope of works are set out in the tender documentation.

Tender enquiries can be submitted to Council by contacting:

Procurement and Contracts Officer, Julie Finnigan, (03) 5261-0600,
email: jfinnigan@surfcoast.vic.gov.au

Tenders must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Tenders not complying with the requirements - for example, tenders submitted by facsimile or email, will not be accepted.

It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.

Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission or contact TenderLink Customer Support on 1800 233-533 or email.

Tenders are to be lodged no later than 3.00 pm on 21 March 2017.
